Privacy policy

WIN Studio (win-studio.net) helps creators choose video niches and topics using public YouTube and TikTok data, and prepares content for them. This page explains what data we collect, why, and who processes it. The Vietnamese version covers the same practices.

Summary: where your data goes

• Niches and keywords you enter → AI services analyse them to score the niche and suggest topics.
• Video voice-over text → a text-to-speech service. Image prompts → an image generation service.
• MP4 videos are assembled in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers (unless you post to Facebook).
• Your email and account details are never sent to AI services. Connected YouTube and Facebook Page stats are shown only to you.
• We do not sell data. Disconnecting a service deletes its access token immediately.

Data we collect

• Account: your email, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. We never receive your Google password.
• What you enter: niches and keywords you submit for scoring, the reports and content generated for you, and messages you send through the feedback or beta forms.
• Payments: order code, amount, package and payment status. Payments are made by bank transfer through our payment page; we never receive card numbers or banking passwords.
• Cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a device cookie used to give free credits once per browser (anti-abuse), and a referral cookie when you arrive through a partner link (30 days).

Third-party services

• YouTube API Services: we read public video data (titles, views, comments). By using WIN Studio you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• Supabase stores accounts, credits, orders and reports (servers in Singapore). Vercel hosts the app.
• DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Groq and Anthropic Claude process public video data and the niche you enter to write analysis, topics and content. DeepSeek processes data on servers in China. On Gemini’s free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products. We never send your email or account details to AI services.
• A TikTok data provider returns public TikTok videos for a niche keyword. Only the keyword is sent.
• Text-to-speech (Hugging Face VieNeu-TTS, Vbee, Google Gemini) turns voice-over text into audio. Only the text is sent. English voices use Google Gemini.
• Cloudflare Workers AI and Pollinations generate scene images from prompts. Only the prompt is sent; images you upload yourself stay on your device.
• Meta (Facebook) — only if you click “Connect Page”: we read stats for Pages you manage, post videos only when you click post or approve a scheduled post, and read comments to draft reply suggestions you post yourself.
• YouTube (Google) — only if you click “Connect YouTube channel”: read-only access (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) to your own channel’s name, avatar and last-28-day analytics, shown only to you.
• Google Drive — only if you click “Connect Google Drive”: drive.file access to files WIN Studio itself creates when you save a video.
• Payment processing: bank-transfer notifications from SePay and the NicheLens payment page (our partner checkout) confirm payments.

Google user data

WIN Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from connected Google services is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties, not sent to AI services and not used to train AI models. Tokens are encrypted on our server; disconnecting revokes access at Google and deletes the token. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the service. Public YouTube data is cached for up to 6 hours. To delete your account and all data, email ngocdiep3135@gmail.com; we complete requests within 7 days. Facebook data deletion: see the data deletion page.
