WIN Studio

For YouTube, Shorts and TikTok creators

Find a video niche worth testing — and see the evidence.

WIN Studio reads real US YouTube and TikTok videos, channels and comments, scores the niche, and tells you which topic to make first and why. Then it turns that topic into a content plan, a script and a video draft.

1

Type a niche

A keyword you are thinking of building a channel around, e.g. “home cooking” or “true crime”.

2

See the score and the proof

Demand, momentum, competition and room for small channels — computed from real YouTube and TikTok videos and comments, each score linked to the videos behind it.

3

Pick a topic, get the plan

Three topics ranked by opportunity, the first video to make, cautions, then optional script, thumbnail and an MP4 video draft you can edit.

Not another “AI video tool”

  • ✓Every score shows its evidence, so you can check it yourself
  • ✓Formula scores (observed data) are kept separate from AI judgement
  • ✓A clear warning when the data sample is thin
  • ✓Built for new and small channels: is there room for you, not just “is it popular”

home cooking

64/100 · WATCH

Home cooking is a huge, high-velocity US category, but the sample shows two extremes doing the winning and a large empty middle: spectacle cooking in a village (Village Cooking Channel, 6.6M–20M+ views per video) and pro-chef studio cooking (Nick's Kitchen, 2.5M–5.7M views). Both leave the same viewer stranded — one gives no measurements in English, the other assumes pro technique. That gap is where a solo US creator can win: take dishes people already watched 20 million times and make them actually cookable, and take everyday failures (dry chicken breast) and fix them with numbers instead of vibes. Comment evidence backs the language/measurement gap directly ('Understanding 0%, Enjoying 100%'), and the SAMUKICHI chicken-breast video (3.65M views from 435k subs, x8.4 outlier) shows a mid-size channel can break through on pure technique fixes. Marketing risk is low; the main hazards are food-safety accuracy, not reusing other creators' footage, and avoiding health claims.

What the data is — and isn’t

US reports use YouTube search results for the US region (last 12 months, ranked by views), YouTube Shorts and TikTok US search results, and the top comments on those videos. Region ranking reflects what US viewers watch, so popular channels from other countries can appear. Each report lists how many videos, channels and comments it used and how confident the score is. Topic ideas, audience notes and cautions are AI judgement based on that evidence — always review before you publish.
