By using WIN Studio (win-studio.net) you agree to these terms. The Vietnamese version applies to payments in Vietnam.
What the service does
WIN Studio scores video niches from public YouTube and TikTok data, suggests topics, and generates content drafts (scripts, titles, thumbnails, voice-overs and MP4 video drafts). Scores and suggestions are estimates based on a sample of data and AI judgement, not guarantees of views, income or results. Review everything before you publish.
Credits
- New accounts receive 20 free credits (once per person). Scoring a niche costs 6 credits; writing a video scene set costs 4 credits.
- Credits do not expire. A failed scoring or video generation does not use credits.
- International pricing in USD is being finalised during the English beta; current packages are priced in VND.
Your content and responsibilities
- You own the content you create with WIN Studio and are responsible for what you publish.
- Do not use the service to create misleading, harmful, infringing or illegal content, or content that breaks YouTube, TikTok or Meta rules. Health, finance and legal topics must be fact-checked against official sources.
- Label AI-generated images and video where platform rules or local law require it.
- Do not resell automated access, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass limits or free-credit rules.
Third-party platforms
Using YouTube data means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Connected Facebook, YouTube and Google Drive features follow those platforms’ terms. See our privacy policy.
Changes and availability
The service is provided as is and may change during the beta. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
