Credit refund policy

WIN Studio sells credits for in-app features. Purchased credits are not exchangeable for cash and are not refunded in money; when something goes wrong, we refund credits to your account. Credits never expire.

When credits are refunded

• App errors: if the AI fails, is overloaded, or a report is missing its AI part, no credits are charged; a failed video scene set is refunded automatically.
• Charged without receiving a result (report, video scene set): contact us and the credits are restored in full.
• Overpayments, duplicate or mistaken transfers for the same order: the extra amount is converted to credits at the price of the package you bought.
• Paid correctly but no credits after 15 minutes: send the transaction screenshot and we add them manually.

Not refunded

• No cash refunds in any case; purchased credits cannot be converted back to money.
• Credits used for results you received (niche scoring, video scene sets, auto redo), even if you did not like the result.
• The 20 free sign-up credits and bonus credits.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of service.

How to request

Email ngocdiep3135@gmail.com with your WIN account email, the order code (starting with WS) or the transaction screenshot, and what went wrong. We check and add the credits within 2 business days.
